Privacy Policy - YTW Play

1. Who we are

YTW Play is a free collection of browser games and creative and learning activities, operated by GoEnhanced LLC, Highland Village, Texas. This policy covers only YTW Play (this site). Other products built by GoEnhanced LLC, like YTW Daily Tools, have their own separate Privacy Policy.

2. What we collect

YTW Play has no accounts and no sign-in for players. Here's what's actually stored, and where:

On your device only (localStorage): your chosen display name and light/dark theme preference. This never leaves your browser unless you submit a score or comment.
Leaderboard scores: if you play a leaderboard game, your chosen display name and score are saved to our database and shown publicly on that game's Top-10 board. Don't use your real name if you'd rather stay anonymous, since anything you type in the name field is what shows up publicly.
Comments: if you leave a public comment (through the Feedback page's "list my comment publicly" option), the name and message you enter are stored and, once reviewed, shown publicly on the Comments page.
Feedback form: if you send feedback, your name (optional), email, and message are sent to us via Formspree so we can reply if needed. Your email is never shown publicly.

We do not collect payment information, health data, government ID numbers, or any information from a live-race session (Fun Sprint's Live mode) beyond what's needed to run that one race, which is not kept afterward.

3. Support tips (PayPal)

The Support page links out to PayPal for optional tips. That transaction happens entirely on PayPal's own site, and we never see or store your payment details.

4. Children's privacy

YTW Play is designed to be family-friendly and safe for kids to play, but is not directed specifically at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect more than a display name and, if a parent or player chooses to send one, a feedback message. If you believe a child has submitted information beyond this, contact us and we'll remove it.

5. Your choices

You can clear your locally stored name and theme preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. To have a public score, comment, or feedback message removed, email us below with enough detail to find it (game, display name, approximate date).

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
